Understanding the HYROX Physical Fitness Test
The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) is a physical fitness test designed to measure your HYROX fitness level and provide a perfect introduction to the global fitness race, HYROX.
The test is a mini HYROX event that includes a:
1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
1000m Row
30 Push Up (Hand Release)
100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female)
The test is used to determine which division you should sign up for at the next major HYROX event. It will help you determine whether you should sign up for the:
PRO Level: Someone who can finish in 15-25 minutes
HYROX Single Level: Someone who finishes the test in 25-35 minutes
HYROX Doubles Level: Someone who finishes the test in 30-45 minutes
